Starting Point: The Privilege of Persecution - Acts 5:12-42

When we are idle, and comfortable, our muscles stop working, we become weak, and fragile. But the more we flex our muscles, the more we are made 'uncomfortable', the stronger we get. This same concept applies to us as Christians, and we will be forced to 'flex our muscles', we will go through hardships  and times of persecution as Christians, and we need to remember that these are the moment that will build us and strengthen us.

Starting Point: Unstoppable Movement - Acts 4:23-37

So often, when we see persecution in the church, we see it spark something special. In these remarkable few verses, we see Peter and John brought before the Sanhedrin and told to stop preaching and teaching in the name of the risen Lord Jesus. The response of the church? This prayer: "Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness. May we pray more prayers like this.
